Andrzej Jaworski new president of VRG
On 13 July 2020 the Supervisory Board of VRG appointed Andrzej Jaworski as its President. At the same time, Michal Wojcik was dismissed from the company’s Management Board and from the function of the President, and Mateusz Zmijewski from the company’s Management Board and from the function of the Vice-President.

VRG’s portfolio includes five brands: Bytom (men’s fashion), Wolczanka (women’s and men’s fashion), Vistula (men’s fashion), Deni Cler (women’s fashion) and W.Kruk (jewellery brand). At the end of the first quarter of 2020 the VRG store chain comprised 580 outlets (148 Vistula, 125 Bytom, 137 Wolczanka, 30 Deni Kler and 140 W.Kruk).
