Auchan expands its e-store activities in Poland

Wroclaw is the second city, after Warsaw, where Auchan will bring e-commerce to your home. At the end of 2020,, previously operating only in the capital, also entered the Wroclaw market.

Since 2011 Auchan has been offering service which allows to deliver shopping to customers’ homes, to pick-up points located in Auchan stores, and to fridge-machines in Warsaw and its surroundings. Now the chain is implementing a similar service in the Wroclaw market.

The product range includes 8,000 items, including fresh products, fruits and vegetables, meats and cured meats, frozen foods, cosmetics, water and beverages, dry food products, baby items, and pet food. Products ordered on the website will be delivered via the network of specialised vehicles equipped with 3 temperature zones. Deliveries in Wroclaw will be made throughout the city, from 8 am to 10 pm, Monday to Saturday. Moreover, customers in Wroclaw will be able to pick up products ordered via click & collect option in four additional Auchan stores.

Apart from that, Auchan launched new click & collect points. These are 11 stores in Katowice, five stores in Tricity, four stores in Gdynia and three stores each in Poznan and Lodz. What is important, shoppers from these cities in Auchan online store can make online payments. From summer 2020,Auchan also delivers shopping in partnership with Glovo (currently 61 stores in 25 cities).
