According to the resolution of the Supervisory Board of VRG S.A. adopted on 10 September 2021, Andrzej Jaworski was dismissed from the position of chairman of the board. His place will be taken until 10 December 2021 by Jan Pilch, who has so far served as deputy chairman of the company’s supervisory board. Another change is also the appointment of Marta Fryzowska to the position of vice-president of the board as of 1 January 2022.

Marta Fryzowska has been working for LPP S.A. since 2006. She joined the company as a graduate of the University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Law and Administration. In the LPP company, she held such positions as an assistant buyer in the Reserved Men product preparation department, a junior buyer, a buyer, and a fashion buyer in the Reserved Men department. She was also a product manager in the Reserved Men product preparation department, and since 2015 she has held the position of collection director in the Reserved Men product preparation department.

The changes to the positions of president and vice-president of the board of directors represent another reorganisation of personnel at VRG. The company, which is part of the VRG S.A. Capital Group, has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1993. The Group designs and distributes high-quality collections of both men’s and women’s fashion and jewellery, and its recognisable brands include Vistula, Bytom, Wólczanka, Deni Cler Milano, and W.KRUK. Since 2000. VRG S.A. has pursued the vision of a “House of Brands” and has focused on distribution in the retail market.
