Changes in the VRG management board

VRG, the fashion group responsible for the brands Vistula, Bytom, Wolczanka, Deni Cler Milano and W. Kruk, made changes to the management board. Erwin Bakalarz resigned from his position, and in his place two new people were appointed – Ernest Podgorski and Olga Lipinska-Dlugosz.

Until now, Ernest Podgorski was a member of the supervisory board, while previously he was delegated to temporarily perform the duties of the vice-president of the management board for the financial matters. Currently, he will be responsible for IT and e-commerce.

Olga Lipinska-Dlugosz will act as a board member in the VGR group. Previously, she was not associated with the company, but she has many years of experience as a board member of the  Korporacja Gospodarcza “efekt” S.A.

Personnel changes entered into force on January 11, 2021.
