SLV, a leading German supplier of lighting products and solutions, has acquired the Polish company Spotline from its previous shareholders. Poland is a key market for SLV in its expansion strategy in this part of Europe.
SLV is a leading company in residential and commercial lighting products for both indoor and outdoor use. The company has been in business since 1979 and is headquartered in Germany. SLV has been one of the fastest growing and most successful suppliers of lighting products and solutions in Europe for years.
The company is part of the SLV Lighting Group, which consists of six brands that operate subsidiaries and affiliated companies in Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Norway, Portugal, Denmark, China, the United Kingdom and Russia.
SLV acquires Spotline
Spotline has been an official distributor of SLV products in Poland for over 20 years. The company is based in Ożarów Mazowiecki, near Warsaw. After the acquisition, the Spotline name and brand will be changed to SLV. The company’s existing customers will be serviced by SLV Polska in a similar way as before. The Spotline team will not change either, and will continue its work under the leadership of Bartłomiej Sroczynski.
