Komputronik has decided to transform its stationary shops into outlets that will respond better to customers’ needs. The first shop in the new format was opened on 22 October 2021 in Atrium Targówek in Warsaw. Additionally, Komputronik is developing its sales strategy through various available channels, combining stationary and online sales.

The new Komputronik shop is distinguished by its modernity and a clear division into zones that will make it easier for customers to navigate through the shop. The most popular equipment will be exposed, i.e. laptops, smartphones, and PCs dedicated to gamers. The new format of the shop also includes a smart home zone and a service station, which will enable customers to benefit from specialist services in the Komputronik shop. Together with the new shop, a discount campaign will be launched, and customers will be able to discover a new promotion on selected equipment every day.

As Marcin Mordak, Komputronik’s Sales Network Director, explains, the company is developing its omnichannel strategy by investing in both stationary shops and e-commerce. Preparations for the presentation of the new shop format lasted several months, and the opening of the first shop after the remodelling will enable a successive transformation of subsequent stores. Thanks to the changes customers will be able to receive professional advice and benefit from a wide range of services dedicated to the equipment offered in Komputronik’s shops.
