Krajowa Spółka Cukrowa S.A. has decided to enter the e-commerce market by launching its own Internet shop where customers can find the group’s entire product range. The e-store is a project designed to meet the expectations of customers who are more and more willing to choose online shopping.

As Tomasz Rega, member of the management board of Krajowa Spółka Cukrowa S.A. explains, the offer of the online grocery shop polskie-smaki.pl is targeted at individual and institutional customers. The shop’s portfolio will include all products of the Krajowa Spółka Cukrowa Capital Group, also those which have so far been available mainly locally. All products from the e-shop are manufactured in Poland by Polish companies, and the particular ingredients come from Polish farmers. In this way, both the company and its customers support the Polish economy.

The shop offers more than 130 products belonging to brands such as “Polski Cukier”, “Polskie Przetwory”, “Frutuś”, “Pszczółka” or “Młyny Stoisław”. Customers will therefore be able to purchase a variety of products, including all types of sugar, fruit and vegetable preserves, dipping sauces, fruit juices, sweets, flours, groats or potato starch. The company also offers gluten-free and vegan products.

Krajowa Spółka Cukrowa “Polski Cukier” S.A. is the largest sugar producer in Poland, which is also among the leading European companies in the sugar industry. Although the core business of Krajowa Spółka Cukrowa is the production and sale of sugar, the company is also involved in other branches of the food industry. Subsidiaries, such as Fabryka Cukierków “Pszczółka” in Lublin, Przedsiębiorstwo Zbożowo-Młynarskie “PZZ” in Stoisław, and Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Ziemniaczanego “Trzemeszno” in Trzemeszno conduct sales related to products manufactured in the process of sugar production and, among others, fruit and vegetable products.
