The Mlociny shopping center in Warsaw introduces online sales via live streaming. The first broadcast took place on 26 January on the Galeria Mlociny Facebook page, with the help of the Anataka clothing brand.

The Mlociny shopping center is looking for innovative solutions in order to meet the needs of the customers who, despite the pandemic-related restrictions, still do not want to give up the joys of shopping. Despite the growing popularity of e-commerce, many consumers are still not accustomed to online shopping.

Instead of focusing only on the virtual potential, we should extend a helping hand to the classic consumer and enable them to have a shopping experience that is as close as possible to the one they’re accustomed to – says Paulina Dzwilewska, Junior Retail Manager of EPP.

Those interested will be able to reserve clothes and accessories via comments, and any further steps of the transaction will be carried out via private messages. The live streaming on the Galeria Mlociny Facebook profile will take place four times a month. Customers will be guided by a well-known stylist, Michal Karbowski, who will also provide advice and assistance in the area of fashion trends.
