Shell has decided to expand its courier services at its petrol stations. From now on customers will be able not only to collect parcels delivered by DHL but also to send packages by DHL Parcel. The new service will be available at 356 Shell petrol stations in Poland.

Thanks to the developing cooperation with the courier company, Shell will be able to offer another service to its customers. Parcels will be able to be collected at Shell stations, and the option of sending parcels will operate at nearly all, i.e. 356, Shell stations in Poland. However, before sending parcels at the chosen station, customers will have to prepare them in advance at www.paczking.pl.

The co-operation with DHL is also related to the development of business relations with Pointpack, thanks to which Shell may expand the group of its clients. According to Monika Kielak-Łokietek, director of the petrol stations and retail network development department at Shell Polska, Pointpack will help the company to reach those customers who shop and sell goods online while having a Shell petrol station nearby.

Pointpack, which offers IT solutions, is responsible for the integration of the service and technological support. It also enables its partners to create additional services. As Paulina Żmijowska, Marketing&PR Manager of Pointpack adds, the company has exceeded 47 million shipments. Currently, Pointpack operates in more than 16,500 points in Poland and the company is constantly increasing the number of serviced outlets.
