The founder of CCC resigned from the function of the chairman of the board of directors

At the end of February Dariusz Miłek, the founder of the CCC company, submitted his resignation from the function of the chairman of the board and membership in the board of the company. He or she will go to the board of supervisory directors to apply for the position of chairman of the board. Dariusz Miłek, President of the Management Board of the company, will remain in office until 11 April 2019, when the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held.

At the same time, he proposed Marcin Czyczerski’s candidature for the new president, currently acting as the vice-president in charge of finance. The nomination met with the approval of the Supervisory Board and the formal vote on this issue will take place on 8 March 2019.

The CCC Capital Group is the leader of the Polish footwear retail market, as well as its largest manufacturer. The company focuses on offering products with a good price-performance ratio and on a fast-fashion strategy, which involves delivering several thousand different models to stores during the season. Short series are supposed to guarantee high shop visits and frequency of purchases.
