A new outlet, established by the KG Group, is to be built in Krakow. Designer Outlet Krakow will house 120 stores specialising in fashion, and more. Attached to the new center, there is going to be an Atut retail park complete with an entertainment zone, as well as one of the largest fitness clubs in Poland.

A new outlet in Krakow is to be built at Nowohucka Street. Its good location will be a definite advantage – the complex will be situated near the Krakow Expo, near the A4 highway, with good access to the city center, both by car and by public transport.

Delay due to coronavirus

Initially, an outlet of the competitive Peakside Capital Fashion Outlet Krakow group was to be built on the site of the former Plaza shopping center, but after an agreement between investors it was decided that only the KG group outlet was to be erected in the end. 

The construction of the shopping complex was planned for the spring of last year – according to the deadlines, the facility was to be opened in autumn 2021. However, this plan failed due to the pandemic and the chance to shop at Designer Outlet Krakow will be delayed – possibly until the beginning of 2022.
