Wojas will provide footwear for NATO

Polish shoe manufacturer, Wojas, informed about concluding a significant agreement on 13 November for the supply of footwear. The recipient will be NATO Support and Procurement Agency.
The value of the contract is $6.435m, or approximately PLN 24m. The supplies of footwear will start in January and will last until mid-July 2021. This will certainly be an important item in the company’s revenue, which in the first 10 months of 2020 fell by 16.6% y/y (retail sales revenue was 23.1% lower y/y).
According to the PMR report, Wojas ranks among the five largest shoe companies on the Polish market. It has about 150 showrooms in Poland. Retail sales account for approximately 75% of the company’s revenue. Wojas is engaged in wholesale, supply of shoes to the state administration, the army and forestry, as well as fulfilling orders from other manufacturers.
