Zabka takes over the Dietly.pl platform

On 28 May Zabka signed an agreement with the owner of the Dietly.pl brand. As a result, the convenience store chain became the majority shareholder of the catering platform, while MasterLifeSolution became a member of the Zabka Group.

The Dietly.pl e-commerce platform was established in 2019 and includes over 400 diet catering suppliers in Poland. Suppliers within this platform use the CMR system, which allows them to monitor sales, create menus, as well as control the entire production process. Dietly.pl is used by 330,000 users a month. Cooperation with Zabka allows for further expansion and increasing the scale of operations on the catering market in Poland. The creators of the platform, Przemysław Skokowski and Waldemar Pieniak, will continue to sit on management positions.

Another brand joins the Zabka Group

The takeover of the Dietly.pl platform is the next step in the strategy of the Zabka Group, which aims to build a market position in the modern convenience segment. As part of this strategy, actions are being introduced to make life easier for consumers. The Dietly.pl platform is one of the innovative solutions that make it easier for customers to use the diet catering offer. The first such solution was the incorporation of the Maczfit brand into Grupa Zabka, which also operates on the market offering boxed diets. The agreement was concluded in March this year.

Diet catering is one of the fastest growing segments of the retail market in Poland. Thanks to the partnership with Dietly, we gain another important element in the offer of convenient solutions for customers in the e-commerce area.
