According to PMR data, the mid-priced segment is the largest segment of the clothing and footwear market in Poland – 52.7% in 2020. Nevertheless, it is in the higher-end and luxury price segment that is projected to post the highest CAGR for 2022-2026 at 10.8%. In the coming years we can expect more openings of stationary boutiques of new premium brands.

Another premium brand launched its first store in Poland

Karl Lagerfeld’s flagship store of 110m2 has strengthened the luxury brand portfolio in Galeria Mokotów. The new store has already debuted the autumn-winter 2021 collection, which combines aspects of Style Moderne with the designer’s signature rock chic and high-end monogrammed designs.

Despite the growing interest in the Polish market among luxury brands in Poland, it is still difficult to find streets on the scale of Champs Elysees in Paris, Via Condotti in Rome or even Paris Street in Prague, bringing together the most famous designers in the world. Galeria Mokotow is considered to be one of the most famous and financially successful shopping complexes in Poland due to its location and high quality of service. The shopping center has over 260 stores and service points spread over three levels.
