Zabka, the largest convenience store chain in Poland, is actively developing its new innovative concept – “Mobilna Zabka”. This is a pop-up format, which is now appearing at fairs, concerts, sporting and cultural events, while in the future, mobile Zabka stores may also appear near schools and universities and in summer holiday resorts. Only this month, customers could test the format at Wroclaw Tattoo Konwent and most recently at Top of the Top Sopot Festival.
Participants of fairs, concerts and various sports and cultural events are now able to use the Mobile Zabka format. These are pop-up units, focused mainly on speed and quality of service, while the assortment is limited to snacks and drinks, among others, hot dogs, burgers or take-away coffee. At the same time, the use of mobile, changeable and easily adaptable elements of equipment, allows the assortment of products to be selected individually, based on the profile of the event and the profile of the customer. After the Wroclaw Tattoo Convention, the mobile Zabka appeared at the Top of the Top Sopot Festival and further will be tested at subsequent events throughout Poland. In the future, mobile Zabka may also appear in the vicinity of schools and universities, and during the holiday season in summer resorts.
