Kazimierz Ostatek, vice-president of Wojas shoe company, resigned from the function of vice-president. The resignation will take effect on 14 August 2020. The reasons for the resignation were not given.

Resignation of Vice-President

Kazimierz Ostatek, who is the vice-president of Wojas footwear company, has resigned. The resignation will take place on 14 August 2020. No reasons were given for this decision.

Wojas is a Polish footwear manufacturer. It also has a chain of 180 Wojas footwear stores in Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Belarus and Hungary.

In 2019. Wojas recorded almost PLN 293 million of sales revenue (consolidated), which meant an increase of over 23% compared to 2018. Retail sales, carried out by the company’s own sales network in Poland and abroad, amounted to PLN 217 million in 2019 and grew by 16.1% year on year. In the period January-June 2020, consolidated sales revenues amounted to PLN 103 million and retail sales revenues amounted to PLN 71 million and were lower than in the corresponding period of the previous year by 16% and 28% respectively.
